Privacy-first FedAvg server with weighted aggregation and Nesterov SGD, Dirichlet sampling across 160 clients, DP noise + Gzip compression, 24-hour hot-swap cycle.
LSTM 670 architecture (3.5M params) with weight tying saving 768K params; 8000×96 embeddings, 14.8% Top-3 accuracy on 1.7M pairs.
